Survey	Chip	No	3-point survey - I can do it myself. 6/3/08 - I picked up Roger's total station today. I'll get the tripods and tribrachs from his Timberlake porch next time I'm down there. I plan to survey sometime during the week leading up to the tournament (week of 16 June).

Radios	Kathy	Yes	Put batteries in radios and checked them. All are ready and we have batteries for a complete switchout during the weekend.

Paid Practice	Kathy & Ken		3:00pm to 7:00pm Kathy will get money, practice sign-up sheet and be on site for safety as required for practice. Ken is trained driver.
Dock Starters	Dave. Faith. Ken? Weavers? Others?	Yes	F. Anyone have an old tournament handle to donate? According to rules we don't need to measure handles for this. Long line children don't need shock tubes. Anyone can do this job, so grab anyone. There are no records to set. Please, don't hesitate to ask for relief - this is something we can all help with unless we are engaged in judging, driving, announcing, concessions, or otherwise busy doing tournament stuff.
Water for officials	Ken will deliver both days		If Julie purchases Ken will take to the starting dock
Concessions	Julie will need help Faith can help Saturday		With Dawsons no longer skiing and Peggy probably not around, who will help with concessions?Concession stand need to be summerized..clean and start the icemaker and start the hot water heater.
Rope Handlers	Ralph		As tournament director, Ralph has the responsibility to assign rope handlers
Announcing	Bill, Wick		Hopefully Rick will also be there--Adele will like to help on Saturday
